Tournament Terms and Conditions

1.    The Tournament will be conducted on a triple plate system. Every effort will be made to ensure that each entrant gets at least three matches.

2.    Scoring will be best of 5 games, PAR 11 or 15 for mixed/graded events and hand out to 9 points for championship events.

3.    Players must have attained a minimum age of 35 years prior to commencement of the tournament. (Entries will be accepted for women aged 30 or above for mixed/graded events only).
   
4.    PLAYERS MUST FULFIL THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO OTHER PARTICIPANTS BY COMPETING IN ALL MATCHES SET DOWN FOR THEM.

5.    Players may enter ONE EVENT ONLY.

6.    Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or not accept entrants and to re-grade any entries.

7.    First round match times will be posted on the website on the Wednesday prior to the tournament start date.

8.    Notice of withdrawal and request for refund should be made to the Tournament Director 7 days prior to tournament start date.
    No refunds will be made after this date at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

9.    Players must report to Tournament Control no later than 30 MINUTES BEFORE their next scheduled match.

10.    All players will be expected to mark and referee the match immediately following their own match, or as otherwise directed by Tournament Control or Tournament Referee.

11.    All players will be expected to be warmed up and ready to play as soon as the previous match is completed.

12.    No claims whatsoever will be recognized should any player receive an injury whilst participating in the Tournament.
