About The Tournament

• Closing Date for Earlybird Rate (Online entries only):  Friday 11 July 2025.
• Closing Date for Entries: Thursday 17 July 2025.
• The Tournament is a mixed graded event and will be conducted on a triple plate or round robin system depending on number of entries.  Every effort will be made to ensure that each entrant gets at least three matches. Scoring will be PAR 15.
• First Round Times will be available on the website from Thursday 24 July 2025.
• A social get-together, including complimentary supper will be held at the Horsham Squash Club on Friday evening after the conclusion of the matches.
• A Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 26 July 2025 at The Horsham Golf Club, 304 Golf Course Road, Haven from 7.30pm until 12.00pm, featuring a live band and a 2 course meal. Drinks at bar prices. Cost is $60.00 per person. Pleaes include payment with your entry.
• There will be a Courtesy Bus available for $10 return ride to the Dinner Dance. Please include payment with your entry.  Any queries please contact Michelle Rowles on 0407 838 572.
• The Trophy presentation will be at approximately 4:30pm Sunday followed by a complimentary supper.
• Accommodation at your discretion.

Tournament Fees

• If you enter online, you should receive an email confirmation
• The Early Bird Rate provides a discount of $5 off your tournament entry fee.  This only applies for online entries received up to 2 weeks before the tournament start date.
• For online entries, the entry fees are automatically calculated so there is no separate discount shown.  When the early bird rate expires the website will be updated to reflect the standard tournament entry fee prices.
• The fees for the tournament are as follows:

    Non-Members $45, Members $35 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $30
