Victorian State Championships Bendigo 11-13 April 

Our next tournament will be the Victorian Masters Squash State Championships being held at Bendigo

In the Victorian Championships you will play in your age group and gender. It is a great opportunity to play people that you may not normally play at a normal masters tournament. 

Players can nominate to play in the Open or Graded section of their age group.

About The Tournament

• Closing Date for Early Bird Rate (online entries only): Friday 28 March 2025
• Closing Date for Entries: Thursday 3 April 2025
• The Tournament will be conducted on a triple plate or round robin system (depending on the number of entries received).  Every effort will be made to ensure that each entrant gets at least three matches. Scoring will be PAR15.
• We encourage as many players as possible to play on Friday evening.
• First Round Times will be available on the website from Thursday 10 April 2025.
• A social get-together, including complimentary supper will be held at the Bendigo Squash Club on Friday evening at the conclusion of the matches.
• A 2 Course Dinner will be held on Saturday 12 April 2025 at The Foundary Hotel, 366 High Street, Bendigo from 7:00pm Drinks at bar prices. Cost: $50 per person.  No music.  Please include payment with your entry.
• There will be a Courtesy Bus available for $10 return ride to the Dinner. Please include payment with your entry.  You will be advised of the pickup times on Saturday. Any queries please contact Michelle Rowles on 0407 838 572.
• The Medal presentation will be at approximately 4:30pm Sunday followed by a complimentary supper.
• Accommodation: At your own discretion. 

 Tournament Fees

• The Early Bird Rate provides a discount of $5 off your tournament entry fee.  This only applies for online entries received up to 2 weeks before the tournament start date.
• For online entries, the entry fees are automatically calculated so there is no separate discount shown.  When the early bird rate expires the website will be updated to reflect the standard tournament entry fee prices.
• The fees for the tournament are as follows:
  • Tournament Entry Fees  - Early Bird Rate
    (online entries received before midnight 28/03/2025)
    Non-Members $45, Members $35 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $30
  • Tournament Entry Fees  - online entries received after 28/03/2025
    Non-Members $50, Members $40 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $35
  • Tournament Entry Fees - all paper entries regardless of when they are received
    Non-Members $50, Members $40 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $35
    
  • Dinner - $50
  • Courtesy Bus - $10
  • VMSA Membership - $25
