Standard Membership is ideal for casual or occasional players who still want to benefit from being part of the VMSA community.

Interstate Non-Members are welcome to participate in VMSA tournaments with reciprocal rights, allowing them to pay the same entry fee as Standard Members.
This option fosters interstate connections and collaboration, making it easier for players from other regions to join VMSA events and experience the vibrant squash community in Victoria.
Non-Members can also participate in VMSA tournaments but must pay the full entry fee .

Becoming a VMSA member is easy! Visit our Membership page and click the “Join Now” button. You’ll be guided to a registration form where you can provide your details and complete your payment online. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your membership details.
Starting from 1st July 2026, VMSA will move to a fixed anniversary date for all memberships. This means that all memberships will renew annually on 1st July, regardless of the original registration date. For members renewing in 2025, your membership will be extended to cover the period up to 30th June 2026, ensuring a smooth transition to the fixed anniversary date system.
From 1st July 2026 onwards, all members will renew their memberships on 1st July every year. This simplifies the renewal process and ensures everyone enjoys a consistent membership period.
Membership types such as Life Members, 100+ Tournament Members, and 25+ Tournament Members are based on specific achievements or criteria, such as participating in a certain number of tournaments or being recognized for long-term contributions. These types are not upgradeable and must be earned.

Interstate Non-Members can compete in VMSA tournaments without requiring full membership. They’ll pay a discounted entry fee, the same as Standard Members. This ensures visitors from other regions can enjoy our events and connect with the Victorian squash community.
One month before your membership expires, you’ll receive an email reminder with instructions on how to renew. You can log in to the member portal, confirm your details, and complete the renewal payment online. If your membership lapses, you can still renew it at any time, but benefits will only resume once payment is received. I thought we were doing auto renewal?
Absolutely! Non-Members are welcome to join our tournaments but will need to pay the full entry fee per tournament. Non-Members do not receive other benefits, such as discounts or priority registration, but it’s a great way to experience VMSA events before deciding to join as a member.
If you miss your renewal date, your membership will be temporarily suspended, and you’ll lose access to member benefits like discounted tournament fees. However, you can reactivate your membership by renewing it at any time. Do this happen if there is auto renew? If a card is declined do we get notified?
Most tournaments have entry fees, which vary based on your membership tier. Social events may also have associated costs.
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your membership to prevent auto-renewal, you can contact the membership team. Note that once cancelled, you’ll no longer have access to member benefits.
