Tournament Conditions and Information

• Mixed graded event, triple plate or round robin. PAR15 scoring, best of 5 games, minimum 3 matches where possible.
• Players must compete in all matches scheduled for them.
• The committee may accept, decline or re-grade entries.
• Withdrawals for refund: 7 days before the tournament. Later refunds at committee discretion.
• No injury claims recognized.
• First round matches on www.vmsasquash.com.au from Thursday 10th April 2025.
• Report to Tournament Control Desk 30 mins before your match.
• Be warmed up and ready when the previous match finishes.
• Players must mark/referee the following match.
• Trophy presentation: approx. 4:30pm Sunday, followed by complimentary supper.
• Friday night social at Bendigo Squash Club – ALL WELCOME.
• Snacks and refreshments available throughout the weekend.
• Dinner: Sat 12th April, 7:00pm at The Foundry Hotel, 2-course meal, $50 per person.

• Entry Fees: Non-Members $50, VMSA Members $40, 25+ Tournament VMSA Players $35.
